Note: There are two changes that affect Law 11, Offside. Decision #1 defines which parts of a player's body will be considered offside. Decision #2 is a bit more complex and is causing some consternation in the world of AYSO. The National AYSO office and Area F have ruled that there will be NO CHANGE to this aspect of the existing law. We will discuss this ruling at Field Day and at our monthly meetings.
