How Do I Register My Child?
Start the process by pre-registering your players at
www.eAYSO.org. Print out two
copies of the completed pre-registration form, sign both copies and either mail
or drop off the registration form and your check to the
registrar. Players who have not
previously played in Region 14 must include a copy of the player’s birth
certificate, passport, or baptismal certificate.
NOTE
The information you enter at
www.eAYSO.org becomes your child’s registration form, which is also his or
her MEDICAL RELEASE. If your information is inaccurate or incomplete, your
child’s coach will not be able to reach you or your spouse in case of emergency.
The www.eAYSO.org site is
interactive. If you move or change home, business or cell phone numbers, or
e-mail addresses, please log back on and update your information so we can find
you.

I Would
Like To Have My Child Play In A Different Division
Players may
play up one division with the permission of the Regional Commissioner and after
verification by a neutral source that the player’s safety will be not
compromised. No player may play down a division for any reason.
How are Teams Formed?
Note: Registration has concluded. Late registering players will either be placed on a team that needs player, or if the teams are full, placed on a waiting list.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR A PARTICULAR TEAM OR A PARTICULAR COACH AS THIS REQUEST
WILL NOT BE HONORED.
U5 through U6 divisions are typically formed by school so please be sure to include your child’s school on the appropriate eAYSO form. We do try to place kids together in the U5 and U6 divisions so you can request that your child plays on a team with his or her friends (please handwrite those requests on the medical release form)
Under 8 and above teams are balanced--obviously we cannot honor requests for particular team assignments or coaches.
Our field
space is very limited. We assign practice times by teams. Please do not request
a particular practice time, as it cannot be honored.
When Does The
Soccer Season Start and How Long Do The Kids Play?
Our primary season runs from September 7th, until early December.
Opening Day and Picture Day will be held on September 6th and the U-16 through U-19 divisions will have their first league games that weekend.
U-5 through
U-8 and U-16 through U-19 will finish their season before the Thanksgiving
Holiday – the rest of the teams will compete in our Commissioners Cup or
Sportsmanship segments that end in December.
How Do I Volunteer As A
Coach or Referee?
Region 14 welcomes parent involvement. If you would like to coach or assistant
coach, please note that on your child’s application. If you would like to become
a referee please click
here. You must have a volunteer form filed before you can be considered as a
coach, or any other volunteer. Please go to www.eAYSO.org, fill in the on-line
form and print two copies. Sign both copies and include them with a form of
identification such as a copy of your driver’s license or ID card must be
included for verification.
Volunteers
are still subject to approval by Region 14 and the National office of AYSO. No
applicant is guaranteed a volunteer position until they are notified by the CVPA,
RC or their designee.
I Volunteered Last Year, Do I Have
To Fill In The Volunteer Form Again?
Yes. A new volunteer form is required each year.
I’ve Taken Safe
Haven, Do I Need To Take It Again?
No. It is a one time requirement. All new volunteers are required to take
this short, informative session as part of AYSO’s Child Protection program.
What Are Region 14’s
Cancellation Policies?
Should you decide that your child will not play in the fall; there is a $15
non-refundable fee per player before the draft day and a $30 non-refundable fee
after the draft day per player to process your registration fee refund. NO
refunds will be issued after the season begins.
Where Do I Send/Mail The Forms? I
